Frequently Asked Questions

Where Are You Located?

We are based in Vermont but our team coordinates work from several US states thanks to the wonders of technology!

Do You Have a Phone Number?

Yes, clients are able to get in touch with us via phone, text and instant message. 🙂

How long does it take to build a website?

It depends on what you want your website to do. A general ballpark is 8-12 weeks.

How much do your websites cost?

It’s hard to answer this question without knowing more about your project. It really depends on what you have in mind! Are you looking to build a rustic cabin or a mansion? What we can say for certain is this: Whatever your vision, we can make it a reality. We have yet to come across a request that we couldn’t make happen.

How long does it take for SEO to work?

SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. We recommend at least six months of SEO in order to get the most out of your engagement. (That being said, no one has chosen to stop doing SEO after 6 months – results are kind of addictive.)

Do you only work with food blogs?

For the most part, yes. We just love food blogs so much! However, on rare occasions we do work with businesses outside the world of food blogs. We especially enjoy working with businesses that have a positive impact on their communities. If you are a business owner and think we might be a good fit for you, please feel free to send us a message.

We also try to do at least one pro-bono website a year. These pro-bono projects are reserved for registered 501(c)3 organizations that are working to make the world a better place. Some examples of past pro-bono engagements include Aunt Dot’s Place (a Vermont food shelf) and Passion-4-Paws (a VT dog rescue).

Why Aren't There More Samples In Your Portfolio?

Our biggest challenge is keeping up with the demand of folks who would like to work with us, which means that we often just don’t have time to update our own website! Adding more portfolio samples to the site is one of the many things we’re working hard on. Stay tuned!
